	Michael Annan Michael after being in partnership with two different firms, decided it was necessary to set up his own property firm in order to collectively develop his ideas with chosen, like-minded, experienced property professionals. Michael enjoys exceeding his clients expectations where he and his colleagues can. Michael lives with his wife Katie and young son at Leith Links. 	Scott Webster Scott joined Annan Property in February 2012 and is heading up the Estate Agency arm of the business. Scott has over 10 years experience in property, where he started off working within a large letting agency when he was only 17 and moving onto the Edinburgh Solicitor Property Centre (ESPC), where he managed a team dealing with a client base of over 200 Solicitor Estate Agents. This is where he became friends with Michael. Scott took the side step to join an Edinburgh Estate Agency in January 2011, which then led to his move to Annan Property. Scott’s belief is that the customer comes first and if a service is promised, then that’s what should be delivered always. 	Linda Butler Linda has run succesful companies within recruitment and the bespoke furnishing sector. Linda diversified into building a letting portfolio and was introduced to Michael by a mutual friend that she was working with. It soon became apparent that joining Annan Property would be hugely beneficial to everyone involved. Linda lives on the West of Edinburgh. 	David Cruickshank David has a proven track record in property spanning 23 years. David successfully worked as a Chartered Surveyor and was approached by Michael to join Annan Property in the role of an Estate Agent and Domestic Energy Assessor. His in depth knowledge and ability to value and assess property provides his clients with essential expertise. 	Janet Russell Janet has worked in estate agency for a number of well known legal firms. She has extensive experience in property sales from initial valuations, taking photographs, preparing schedules and looking after her clients until their property is sold. Originally from Northern Ireland she has lived in the Edinburgh and laterally Musselburgh for over 20 years.
