Marketing your property :
We can visit your house to carrying out a valuation or have a survey report available for buyers. We also have access to the ESPC database providing information on the prices of similar properties in your area. Both these services are very useful in helping to finally decide a suitable asking price for your property.
 
Measuring up:
We will be pleased to attend at your property to take measurements, photographs etc.

Schedules:
You can choose from a variety of types of property schedule varying in quality and size (we will show samples). A draft of the schedule will be prepared and forwarded to you for your comments. The final version can then be prepared and dispersed to you in time for your first viewing session.

For sale sign:
An essential part of marketing. There are many benefits in having a "for sale" board erected. Please note that in our experience there are many purchasers who pin point an area in which they would like to live and merely walk or drive around that area periodically looking for new properties on the market. No "for sale" board, no sighting by the prospective purchaser.

ESPC:

• Your property details are inserted in the ESPC website, the showroom in George Street and the Homepages Guide.
• The cost of ESPC registration is £250
• Advertising in the Gallery section of the Homepages property guide starts from £100 to £460, depending on size and duration of the advertisement.

Extra advertising:
We can arrange to advertise your property in the Scotsman and Evening News Property Sections. One of the benefits of advertising in the Scotsman is the UK wide distribution. More details available on request.

Viewing:
We can attend at your property at the first viewing session to give some useful tips on how best to show prospective purchasers around your home.

Property:
Quality photographs can be taken from our Digital Camera or by a Professional Photographer - please ask for details.
 
Press Releases:
Very useful for extra publicity if there is something of special interest relating to your property.
